Caring for the Wood

Red Cedar Bowl

All bowls and rolling pins have been finished with a salad bowl finish and are safe for use with food.  If the wood starts to look dry simply wipe on a coat of "Crisco" or salad oil to refresh the wood.

All other products use a good quality wax to maintain the appearance of the wood.  Watco Wax is a good product to use and recommended.

• Apply a thin, even coat with a soft cloth
  
• Let dry approximately ten minutes
  
• Polish with a soft, clean cloth

This will keep the wood lustrous, highlighting the beauty of the wood.
